Allen Cofield's first ten years of Real Estate experience began with First American Title Insurance completing property research and providing Customer Service.  This exposure provided him with great experience in paying attention to detail and providing due diligence to negate insurance losses to the company related to insuring free and clear title to a buyer based on his research. 

Working within this capacity of Real Estate gave Allen a great tool base to understand the legal pitfalls that occur daily within our industry, which is how he helps those he works with today avoid many of these occurrences. Allen Cofield's continued growth has been in the capacity of technology, mortgages, Real Estate Investing, and providing services to buyers and sellers in the role as a Real Estate Broker.  Allen has also successfully negotiated for homeowners with their lenders to help them avoid foreclosures. 

Allen Cofield joined Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties around June 2009 as a Broker Associate.  Before he joined his team with Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties, Allen started his own brokerage in 2003 offering both mortgages and real estate services with over 251 transactions.  Allen was excited to expand his Real Estate Experience with a nationally driven company that has proven itself and has now extended that exposure for his clients alike. 

Allen Cofield's talents within past and present technology has led him to start localized online social groups that bring communities together to reach their goals in Real Estate.  Technology has also assisted Allen with marketing homes using the latest internet methods available to our industry.
